Its taken from the fastest run of the day. The new Mondeo company car arrives in T minus 21 days and counting... Monday 8th August 2005 I've submitted a photo to the BBC Digital Britain website competition. Please take a look and place a vote, by clicking on the picture (left). I took the picture at the ETCC meeting at Donington in June 2004, using a Canon Powershot G3. The prize is £500 worth of photographic equipment.Ford Fair was very busy yesterday. The organisers were expecting 20,000 visitors, and judging by the crowds I saw I'd say they weren't far off the marque. Some great machinery on display, including some stunning Fiestas that made the trip across the English Channel to the show. Needless to say I took a few photographs. I was quite tempted to venture out on to the track for one of the track sessions, but judging by the reports on various forums today, I'm glad I didn't. Driving standards were very poor apparently. They should run a session just for racing cars, that'd be a lot safer. Check out the Mk6 Fiesta below. It was four wheel drive, and Cosworth powered. What a machine? Be great for hill climbing in Sports Libre. |
