  • Induction Kit and Stainless Magnex Exhaust system, cam-shaft gear and cams upgraded.
  • Suspension: The car is lowered 35 mm on Avo adjustable coilovers. She sits on 17 inch Raceline RLS 5 spoke wheels, wrapped in Falken 205, 35, ZR17 tyres.
  • Brakes: Ferodo Cross drilled and grooved racing disks and pads.
  • Exterior styling: The boot has a Mondeo Si Boot spoiler.
  • Lighting: The lights have all been changed to clear ones (apart from the rear clusters). Chrome badges have replaced the plastic ones.
  • Interior: Inside are Recaro bucket seats, Lockwood white dials, chrome gearknob, CD Player.

The images above are of Gary's 2000 Black Ford Focus ZX3 / 2.0 Zetec, and his son Justin's 2000 Blue Ford Focus ZX3 / 2.0 Zetec. The black Focus has a self designed cool air intake made from 3" stainless steel tubing, a JBA exhaust header, Borla cat back exhaust, Ford SVO underdrive pulley, HR lowering springs, Eibach AEM antiroll bars, SVT 16 " wheels with Kuhmo Tires, a Ford SVO Supertach, B&M short shifter, strut tower bar and a performance super chip.
Justin's blue Focus has the same intake but black powder coated, JBA header, Focus Sport cat back exhaust, Wings West ground effects, Esslinger underdrive pulley, HR lowering springs, Eibach AEM antiroll bars, 15" wheels with Goodyear Eagle GT tires, Ford Racing Supertach, B&M Short shifter, strut tower bar and a performance super chip.
Gary says "If anyone needs info. on how to connect an analog Tach in their Focus please let me know and I will be glad to help them. You can only attach the tach lead to one slot on the PCM (power train control module) This info, I received from a WRC team tech. from Wales."

This Focus is a 2001 with the very rare( at least for here) Electronic Stability Control with 4 wheel disk brakes. Ian says "Hi, My car had a bit of a kick up the back side in 1996 when I fitted a Zetec S2 2.0L which it runs of full injection from Dunnell Engines with 45 throttle bodies, the engine runs through lightened flywheel into a B5 with Quaife straight cut gears with a final drive of 4.38 so max speed of 118mph on 15" and 128 on 17" ( 0-60 is about 6 seconds on 15" ), the exhaust is a 4-2-1 manifold with stainless steel RS Turbo 2.5" one box system. The front brakes are from a sierra Cosworth 4 pot with 275mm disks and the back is from a XR4i with 260mm disks, the suspension is Leda 2.5" 350 lbs front and 450 lbs rear. And more mods in the planning."
