Future: Following the fitment of the latest front suspension (to clear the sequential gearbox) I need to get some different offset front wheels ordered for 2012, maybe 8J wide, to give me more steering lock and better traction at the front. The rears also need changing to 8J or 9J with some sticky rubber to boot.
I'm also considering fitting the side skirts that came with the MCR body kit, to give the Fiesta a little more ground effect than it has at present. This'll also complete the Berg Cup look that I've been trying to achieve. The front spoiler also needs removing, and refitting lower to the ground, as there's still too much clearance at the front, allowing too much air to pass underneath the car.
I also need to fit the four wheel speed sensors to enable the launch and traction control to work. The wiring is in place, I simply have to mount the sensors and calibrate them. The gear change sensor also needs fitting, and Geartronics are going to help me out with this. They claim that Quaife boxes dont work too well with flat shifting, so this could take some experimenting to make it work properly. I'll still need to use the clutch on the down change, but I intend to get the full throttle upshifts working this year.
And I need to source and fit an appropriate air filter for the Titans to work properly. SBD sells a very deep air box, which I could have fitment issues given the clearance between the trumpets and the carbon bonnet.
