Apologies for the lack of updates recently. I'm extremely busy at work at the moment. We're putting in a new Automation System to support the desktops, laptops and servers we manage in the UK, and after a long and painfull process, I selected the Altiris Client Management Suite. Which has meant months writing documentation, technical assessments, risk assessments, IS1 risk calculations, conceptual designs, technical designs, etc etc, and its meant a lot of travel (1600 miles in seven working days), meeting after meeting, and many hours spent in front of Microsoft Word putting all the docs together. Still, we're almost there, and the rollout started last week, with great success so far.
