Fitting the bodykit and new front wings
The GRP rally arch kit is made by MC Rallying. It is fastened to the shell with stainless steel bolts and nyloc nuts, and is bonded with Silkaflex sealant. The arches are then blended in to the bodywork using Isopon P38 filler and P40 fibreglass, which took many months of work to complete. I'm very happy with the finished product.

This shows the fasteners in place, and in the background are the two remnants of wheel arch that have been removed with the jigsaw.
